Comprehensive onboarding experience - consultation with 2 Nation coach, goal-setting exercises, video analysis of form and posture, questionnaire to gain further insight regarding history, body type, and lifestyle.
Receive and execute customized workout program - weekly program design administered via 2 Nation App. Communication with your coach throughout the week to provide both motivation and accountability. Questions may be answered and appropriate adjustments can be made as needed.
Follow customized weekly/monthly workout plans which are tailored to your personal goals (for e.g. weight loss or mass gain). Review and measure progress with your coach from week to week
Contact your coach at anytime from any place via the 2 Nation app
Programs may be designed to be done anywhere – home, office, etc.
